Account Closure by User: You may close your nasa4d account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid account balance will be returned to you within 5 business days via the same payment method used for your deposit, once all required verifications have been completed.

Closure Due to Fraud: If an account is closed due to fraud or a serious breach, NASA4D reserves the right to withhold funds pending the completion of an investigation and to deny any refund should fraud be established.

NASA4D provides its platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Under no circumstances will nasa4d be held liable for:

Any dispute arising between you and nasa4d shall be resolved in accordance with the following procedure:

• Step 3 – Mediation: If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties may agree to refer the matter to a mutually agreed independent mediator.
• Step 4 – Arbitration: Disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation will be referred to binding arbitration under Malaysian law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Malaysian law. Malaysian courts have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute that cannot be settled through arbitration.
